Connecting You to Key Dublin Services

While Solstice Haven does not provide emergency housing directly, we act as your expert navigators. We bridge the gap between people in crisis and the specialized organizations designed to help.

We work alongside the DRHE for emergency beds, Threshold for legal protection, and Focus Ireland for family-specific support. Our role is to ensure you know exactly who to call and how to present your case effectively.

Know Your Rights as a Tenant

Valid Notice: An eviction notice is only valid if it is in writing, signed by the landlord, and specifies the length of the notice period correctly.

No Self-Eviction: You should never move out just because a landlord asks you to verbally. Stay in your home and seek advice immediately.

RTB Protection: Most tenancies in Ireland are protected by the Residential Tenancies Board (RTB). Disputes can be mediated through them for a small fee.
